Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup artistry techniques to provide personalized consultations and transformations for customers
- Deliver authentic, inspirational customer service that enhances the in-store experience and builds brand loyalty
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions efficiently
- Participate in in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and display integrity throughout the retail space
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and operational excellence
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques to support informed purchasing decisions
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated technical and creative expertise also welcomed
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Colombia, with proof required at interview stage
Skills
Experience
Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level experience who demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are also encouraged to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent qualification preferred but not required.
