Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application services, skincare advice, and fragrance or hair consultations tailored to individual customer preferences
- Create an inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates customers on product benefits and application techniques
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the assigned department to ensure competitive product presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale software efficiently to process transactions and manage customer transactions
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance, and hair categories

Qualifications
