Estée Lauder Companies seeks a skilled freelance makeup artist for MAC to deliver personalized in-store consultations combining makeup application, skincare advice, fragrance, and hair guidance. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide professional makeup application, skincare consultations, fragrance, and hair advice tailored to individual customer needs
- Create engaging, personalized in-store experiences that educate and inspire customers
- Collaborate with store team to execute high-impact in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation stands out competitively
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate brand knowledge and product expertise across multiple beauty categories
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail or beauty consultation experience preferred; amateur-level expertise welcome if accompanied by strong creative and technical ability
