The role combines creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences whilst contributing to visual merchandising excellence and in-store events. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide makeup application services and skincare advice with a focus on personalized customer education and inspiration
- Deliver fragrance and hair consultations that align with brand standards and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events and special promotions
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage techniques, and brand philosophy
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate creative and technical expertise, whether at amateur or professional level
- Proven capacity to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
