MAC by Estée Lauder seeking Freelance Beauty Advisor in Surrey, BC. On-call makeup and skincare consultation role, $18.50–$21.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver makeup application, skincare advice, hair consultation, and fragrance recommendations to customers
- Create personalized and inspirational in-store experiences through authentic, attentive customer service
- Participate in in-store events and visual merchandising initiatives to drive sales and brand visibility
- Maintain high standards of product and counter presentation to ensure competitive visual merchandising
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process customer transactions
- Work collaboratively with store team to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise in beauty application or consultation
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Canada

Experience
Retail makeup or beauty counter experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level expertise and demonstrable creative and technical skills are welcome to apply.
