Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of MAC and Estée Lauder brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during assigned shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Demonstrated ability to provide customer service in a retail or beauty environment; previous prestige beauty or cosmetics retail experience preferred but not required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further beauty training or certification is a plus.
