Estée Lauder Companies seeks a highly skilled freelance beauty advisor for its MAC counter in Oklahoma City. The candidate will provide personalized, inspirational in-store consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and support product demonstrations and events to drive customer engagement. This on-call role requires flexibility across retail hours, including evenings and weekends, in a dynamic prestige beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution preferred

Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should demonstrate proven ability to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
