Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clients
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards throughout the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive engagement
- Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach, bend, and move merchandise up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with a fast-paced retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
Education
