Estée Lauder Companies seeks a freelance beauty advisor for the MAC brand at a Milwaukee retail location. The role combines creative expertise and customer service excellence to deliver personalized in-store consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, support promotional events, and maintain strong product knowledge. This is a flexible, on-call position offering the opportunity to work in prestige beauty retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of MAC brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or beauty-related training preferred but not required.
