The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a skilled beauty advisor for freelance, on-call retail positions at MAC counters and locations across the United States. The role combines creative expertise and interpersonal excellence to deliver personalized in-store consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and support promotional events. The advisor will educate customers on product offerings while maintaining presentation standards and collaborating with store teams to ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
• Create and execute visual merchandising displays to maintain brand presentation standards
• Support in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge including features, benefits, and application techniques
• Collaborate with store staff to optimize floor operations and customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
• Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
