Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Execute professional makeup applications and demonstrate product features and application techniques to educate and inspire customers
- Maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail counter and floor area to ensure brand visibility
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and sales
- Maintain current knowledge of M·A·C and Estée Lauder brand product offerings, benefits, and application methods
- Collaborate with store team members to ensure seamless floor operations and exceptional customer experience during assigned shifts
- Handle merchandise, product packaging, and display materials with care
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Legal authorization to work in the United States with ability to provide proof upon hire or interview
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in beauty retail, makeup artistry, or customer-facing prestige beauty sales is preferred but not required. Demonstrated experience providing consultative customer service in a luxury or prestige environment is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is recommended; further education or professional beauty certifications are advantageous but not required.
