MAC, a prestigious cosmetics brand under The Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a freelance beauty advisor for its Abilene retail location. The successful candidate will deliver personalized beauty consultations, execute visual merchandising displays, and support in-store promotional events while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge. This on-call role combines technical expertise with customer-focused excellence to create an inspirational and welcoming retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events

Skills

Experience

Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred; familiarity with retail sales environment and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 21.60 to USD 32.40 per hour.
