Role & Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the VP, Global Creative to develop and execute global creative concepts across image, campaigns, social, and content ecosystems
- Translate creative vision into clear direction for teams, ensuring prioritization, alignment, and consistent brand-defining output
- Oversee creative direction and cadence for M·A·C's global social presence, ensuring consistency, platform-specificity, and brand integrity
- Develop and manage social programming rhythm across campaign launches, always-on content, creator collaborations, artistry, education, and real-time moments
- Guide the translation of campaigns and product launches into social ecosystems, including video, short-form content, stills, motion, and ongoing storytelling
- Manage the creative process from concept through production, post-production, delivery, and final asset handoff
- Ensure creative quality and consistency across campaigns, image, social, in-store, experiential, events, video, and emerging social formats
- Lead and directly manage the Image and Social creative teams day to day, including workload prioritization, performance feedback, and team development
- Mentor and support team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, creativity, and consistently high standards
- Present creative concepts and updates to senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Provide clear guidance to regional teams on global creative adaptation while maintaining brand consistency
- Brief and manage external creative talent, agencies, photographers, directors, editors, and production partners
Qualifications
- BA or BFA degree required
- 13+ years of experience in senior creative, image, social, content, or brand leadership roles
- Minimum 3–4 years of direct experience managing a full creative team with direct reports, workload management, and performance feedback
- Strong background in beauty, fashion, luxury, culture, or highly image-driven brand environments
- Proven track record leading multidisciplinary creative teams across image, social, video, campaign, and content work
- Demonstrated understanding of modern image-making, social storytelling, creator ecosystems, and emerging social formats
- Extensive knowledge of social platform behavior, audience development, content cadence, and engagement pattern analysis
- Experience managing creative projects from concept through production and final delivery
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience
13+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, or image-driven brand environments, with a minimum of 3–4 years of direct team management experience including hiring, performance development, and accountability. Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary creative teams across image, social, video, and campaign deliverables from concept through final execution. Proven expertise in social platform strategy, content cadence, and real-time engagement, with strong background in campaign rollout and always-on programming.
