MAC Education Coordinator (Temporary) at Estée Lauder Companies in Istanbul. Support training operations and digital learning platform management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support National Education Manager, National Artists, and Area Retail Trainers with administrative tasks, correspondence, and communication management
- Manage monthly and quarterly education reports, analyze results, and recommend process improvements
- Raise and process Purchase Orders in compliance with Finance department requirements
- Coordinate training room bookings, artist hotel reservations, and flight arrangements for core training sessions and meetings
- Arrange translations promptly to support multilingual training initiatives
- Oversee receipt, storage, and distribution of training samples, workbooks, and equipment across all regions; manage local production of training materials
- Administer the MACx digital learning platform, including content relevance review, timely module delivery, translation management, team communication, and completion rate tracking and reporting
- Review and approve MAC Pro membership applications according to established guidelines
- Manage the online appointment booking system across retail locations, ensure system functionality, resolve technical issues, and provide performance reports
- Provide operational and coordination support for Bobbi Brown brand initiatives, including training logistics and strategic alignment
- Uphold company policies and maintain professional standards in customer service, dress code, and workplace conduct
Qualifications
- University degree
- Internship or minimum 1 year of education-related experience, preferably in cosmetics or related luxury industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; capacity to prioritize critical concerns
- Creative and innovative thinking approach
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
- Flexibility to provide occasional physical support related to training materials, equipment, and event logistics
- Self-motivated with high energy level and ability to work independently
Skills
Experience
Internship or 1 year of education-related experience, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury beauty industry. Prior exposure to training program coordination, learning management systems, or retail operations is advantageous.
Education
University degree required.
