MAC is seeking a part-time Counter Manager for its Myer Fountain Gate counter in Narre Warren to lead, coach and develop Sales Associates and deliver sales, customer service and operational targets. The role owns business planning, customer acquisition and retention, in-store events, customer relationship management and team performance, and offers exposure to consumer insights and frontline marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
- Create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, customer relationship management and team leadership.
- Guide team performance and hold team members accountable.
- Identify team members’ development needs and strengthen their abilities.
- Anticipate, recognize and meet customers’ needs, including handling difficult service situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Build and maintain extensive informal networks.
