Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share while maintaining consumer-focused approach and credible brand image
- Maximize sales performance through effective selling techniques, excellent service delivery, and adherence to premium retail standards
- Manage daily replenishment and inventory, taking corrective action to minimize stock loss and ensure optimal product availability
- Plan and execute visual merchandising layouts in accordance with brand guidelines and agreed timescales
- Monitor and analyze commercial reports to inform sales strategies and product performance decisions
- Deliver brand strategy locally, planning and implementing marketing and event initiatives aligned with retailer activities
- Manage all promotions, discounts, and special offers in compliance with company guidelines
- Ensure excellence in customer service by implementing measures to continually improve service levels and reduce complaints
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all products to deliver industry-leading consumer experiences and recommendations
- Lead the team in upholding brand values and ambassadorship, fostering a 'surprise and delight' culture
- Manage customer complaints and refunds in accordance with company guidelines and to mutually satisfactory conclusions
- Review and maintain retail standards daily (product displays, housekeeping, messaging, pricing)
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, security, and auditable processes; achieve minimum 'Acceptable' grading during audits
- Monitor competitor activity and identify missed opportunities to enhance market positioning
- Leverage social media and digital tools to drive business growth and protect brand image

- Proven experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to drive self-development and continuous improvement
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets in a retail setting

Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles and sales achievement. Commercial acumen and retail operations experience required.
Education
