MAC Counter Lead at Boots Guildford – Part-time (22.5 hrs/week) retail sales leadership role with Estée Lauder Companies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share through consumer-focused retail practices
- Maximize sales performance through effective selling, service delivery, and adherence to retail standards
- Achieve and communicate daily and weekly sales targets to the team
- Identify and leverage multiple sales avenues including events, omnichannel opportunities, and digital channels
