Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share whilst maintaining credible and professional brand image to internal and external consumers
- Maximise sales performance through selling excellence, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to retail standards
- Understand and work towards daily and weekly sales targets, leveraging all sales avenues including events, omnichannel, and digital channels
- Monitor competitor activities and identify missed market opportunities to inform strategic adjustments
- Actively manage social media presence and digital tools to drive business growth whilst protecting and enhancing brand image
- Deliver brand strategy locally by developing and implementing marketing and event initiatives aligned with retailer activity
- Ensure exceptional service standards are maintained, resolving complaints in line with company guidelines and fostering a surprise-and-delight culture
- Act as brand ambassador, embodying and bringing to life core brand values
- Manage product refunds and complaints professionally, consulting with area management as needed
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver industry-leading consumer experiences
- Plan and execute operational excellence across product displays, housekeeping, messaging, and pricing
- Review retail standards daily and take corrective action to maintain required quality
- Oversee deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within company timeframes
- Implement company security policies to minimise stock loss and create a safe working environment
- Manage daily replenishment and utilise commercial reports to optimise sales performance
- Plan and execute visual merchandising layouts according to guidelines and timescales
- Manage promotions and discounts in line with company policy, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance product performance

- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment
- Commercial understanding and awareness of the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Effective communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills
