Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales turnover and market share whilst maintaining a consumer-focused approach
- Reflect a credible and professional brand image to internal and external consumers at all times
- Maximize sales through selling excellence, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to retail standards
- Understand and work towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Monitor additional sales avenues including events, omnichannel opportunities, and digital channels
- Track competitor activities and identify missed market opportunities
- Leverage social media platforms to drive business growth and protect brand image
- Deliver and execute the brand strategy with an effective local implementation plan
- Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned with retailer activity
