Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized beauty consultation to all store visitors
- Advise customers on skincare regimens and decorative cosmetics selection
- Actively participate in planning and execution of special events and in-store promotions
- Engage in all training and professional development programs
- Represent the MAC brand with polished, professional appearance and demeanor
Qualifications
- Strong desire to sell and enhance customer beauty
- Comfortable communicating and sharing cosmetic knowledge with diverse clientele
- Polished, representative presentation and personal grooming
- Foreign language skills preferred
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or equivalent experience in beauty retail or cosmetics consultation is suitable; prior point-of-sale customer service experience preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; cosmetics certification or training programs are a plus.
