Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Consumer Marketing Assistant Intern for MAC in Milan. Support integrated campaigns across B2C channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated 360° communication campaigns across advertising, social media, influencer marketing, seeding activities, CRM, and events
- Assist with consumer marketing initiatives and activation programs across retail channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Paid Media, Social, CRM, Trade) to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
- Create, adapt, and review communication materials for digital and offline channels, including CRM communications, newsletters, visual assets, and copy localization
- Support brand.com activities in collaboration with the EMEA Online team, reviewing translations and ensuring alignment with marketing plans
- Prepare and review key documents, presentations, and post-campaign reports for internal meetings and retailer reviews
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Marketing or Communication
- Native Italian speaker with excellent written and spoken English
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong proficiency in Canva design software
- Demonstrated passion for beauty, communication, and marketing
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities with excellent problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong written communication and copywriting abilities
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and demonstrated willingness to learn
