Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service combining creative and technical expertise in makeup application and product knowledge
- Execute in-store events and initiatives to drive sales impact within the high-performing team environment
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Creative and technical expertise in makeup application and beauty consultation
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Proof of right to live and work in Malaysia
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience is desirable; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate exceptional creative and technical expertise are welcomed.
Education
