MAC is seeking a part-time Beauty Sales Associate in Cerritos, California, to deliver personalized customer experiences, contribute to in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate creative and technical expertise, and is eligible for an hourly rate of $17.33 to $28.88, depending on experience, skills, education and budget, plus participation in a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to deliver customer experiences.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or a qualification in retail sales is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.
