As a member of MAC's retail team in Ankara, this part-time, temporary position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalized customer service while driving sales targets and brand engagement. The successful candidate will create memorable in-store experiences through consultative beauty advice, visual merchandising collaboration, and product expertise, operating across day and evening shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative, personalized beauty advice and product recommendations to customers
- Drive sales performance and meet store-level revenue targets
- Deliver excellent customer service through welcoming, engaging store interactions
- Collaborate with team members to maintain visual merchandising and brand standards
- Operate the point-of-sale system and manage transactions accurately
- Support the store in meeting corporate visual standards and seasonal presentations
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Proven retail or customer-facing experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Availability to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Legal right to reside and work in Turkey
