Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup artistry services and consultations to customers, combining technical expertise with creative flair
- Educate and inspire customers about MAC products and techniques through authentic, engaging in-store interactions
- Support the creation and execution of in-store beauty events and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand engagement

Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise (professional certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with proven proficiency considered)
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in South Africa with proof available upon request for interview
