Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert make-up application and consultations to customers, combining creative vision with technical precision
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight clients
- Collaborate with the store team to create impact through in-store events and product demonstrations
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently during daily transactions
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Support the store in achieving high standards of customer service and sales performance
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in make-up application
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico
Skills
Experience
While certification in make-up artistry and/or previous retail make-up experience is preferred, the brand welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise.
