Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store makeup consultations and application services
- Educate customers on product benefits, techniques, and brand heritage to drive engagement and loyalty
- Lead and participate in in-store events and product launches to create impact and drive sales performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store aesthetics to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process customer transactions
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store performance targets and KPIs
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup counter experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in South Africa
