MAC is seeking a Beauty Advisor for a 29-hour-per-week part-time, temporary role in Bologna. The advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalised service, supports sales targets and visual merchandising standards, and works store hours including weekends, evening shifts and promotional events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalised service that meets assigned customer-service and sales targets.
- Use a passion for customer contact, the company, its products and services to create an inspiring, informative and unique shopping experience for every customer.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team to achieve the company’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Availability to work in line with store opening hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in Italy.
