Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational makeup consultations that educate and delight customers
- Apply expert makeup artistry techniques to demonstrate product benefits and enhance customer experience
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and point-of-sale presentation
- Contribute to in-store events and product launches as part of a high-performing team
- Process transactions using retail point-of-sale software
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
