MAC Beauty Artist position in Puebla, Mexico. Makeup application, customer consultation, and retail sales role with flexible hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application services and personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Educate customers on product benefits, techniques, and makeup trends to enhance their purchasing decisions
- Execute and support in-store events, demonstrations, and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate the location competitively
- Process transactions using point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work flexible retail hours including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment
- Right to live and work in Mexico (proof required upon interview invitation)
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are welcome to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or qualification is preferred but not required.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico, with easy access to Mexico City.
