Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications utilizing creative and technical expertise to inspire and educate customers
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities that drive brand engagement
- Maintain rigorous visual merchandising standards throughout the store to ensure compelling product presentation and competitive differentiation
- Deliver authentic, inspirational customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Work flexibly across retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise, whether through formal certification, professional retail experience, or proven amateur mastery
