MAC, part of the Estée Lauder Companies, seeks beauty enthusiasts to join its retail team and deliver exceptional service to customers. In this role, the Beauty Advisor will combine creative and technical cosmetics knowledge on the sales floor, providing personalized skincare and colour cosmetics guidance while executing special events and participating in ongoing professional development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all store visitors
- Advise customers on skincare regimens and decorative cosmetics products
- Execute and participate in special promotional events
- Complete all mandatory training and professional development activities
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with brand innovations
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for cosmetics and beauty
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate cosmetics knowledge to customers
- Professional and polished personal presentation
- Flexibility to work variable schedules including evenings and weekends
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in beauty retail, cosmetics consultation, or customer-facing sales environments is preferred but not required for candidates demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and cosmetics passion.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty or cosmetics certification is a plus.
