Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers
- Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement
- Maintain active knowledge of MAC and Estée Lauder brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on the retail sales floor
- Ability to reach, bend, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
Skills
Experience
Previous retail or beauty industry experience is preferred, though not required. Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution is advantageous.
