Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver welcoming, authentic, and personalized service to customers across all interactions
- Achieve sales and service targets in alignment with Company objectives
- Educate customers on MAC products to identify offerings that best inspire and delight them
- Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with the store team
- Maintain the store's adherence to the Company's elevated service and operational standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and provide transaction management
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Strong teamwork capabilities and capacity to foster a positive work environment
- Availability to work commercial hours, including weekends
- Preference for experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
Skills
Experience
