MAC Cosmetics seeks a Make-Up Artist in Brussels to deliver luxury beauty experiences and drive sales through expert makeup artistry and personalized client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply and demonstrate makeup techniques with artistry and precision, tailoring looks to individual client preferences and skin tones
- Educate clients on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques to build product knowledge and confidence
- Recommend products based on client needs, skin type, and makeup goals, maximizing sales opportunities and basket value
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and authentic engagement
- Maintain extensive knowledge of MAC product ranges, current beauty trends, and seasonal collections
- Monitor and achieve individual sales targets while maintaining luxury service standards
- Manage client relationships through follow-up communication and loyalty engagement
- Support store visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory organization
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store performance metrics and goals
- Remain current with social media trends and leverage digital platforms to engage clients
Qualifications
- Degree or professional certification as an esthetician or makeup artist (preferred)
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty retail
- 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
- Proficiency in Dutch and English languages
- Deep expertise in luxury service delivery and personalized client experiences
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong knowledge of makeup trends and social media platforms

Experience
1–2 years of sales experience in the beauty industry, combined with 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience. Proven track record of delivering luxury service experiences and consistently meeting sales targets in a retail environment.
Education
Degree or professional certification as an esthetician or makeup artist is preferred.
