Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup consultations and on-skin demonstrations that inspire and engage customers
- Provide expert product recommendations and educate clients on makeup application techniques and product benefits
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining the highest standard of customer service
- Build meaningful client relationships and foster brand loyalty through authentic, luxury service experiences
- Stay current with makeup trends, seasonal collections, and social media-driven beauty initiatives
- Support in-store visual merchandising, events, and product launches
- Maintain detailed product knowledge across the MAC Cosmetics range and related brands
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail sector
- 2–3 years of professional makeup artistry experience
- Certification or diploma as an esthetician and/or makeup artist (preferred)
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Advanced proficiency in current makeup techniques and trends
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Education
Certification or diploma as an esthetician and/or makeup artist is preferred but not required
