As a highly skilled Beauty Advisor for MAC, the candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. The role encompasses in-store events, visual merchandising excellence, and collaboration within a high-performing retail team to maintain competitive standards in prestige beauty. While makeup artistry certification or prior retail beauty experience is preferred, candidates with amateur-level experience and demonstrable technical acumen are encouraged to apply, supported by comprehensive training and development within a leader in prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational makeup artistry and beauty consultations to customers in-store
- Educate customers on makeup application techniques, product benefits, and brand offerings
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately
- Provide authentic, consultative customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise welcome
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of legal right to live and work in Mexico

Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and prior retail makeup experience are desirable, candidates with amateur-level experience and strong technical creative skills are welcomed. The ideal candidate demonstrates dynamic initiative and seeks progressive career growth within prestige beauty retail.
