The Beauty Advisor delivers welcoming, authentic and personalized customer service, supports sales and service objectives, and creates inspiring in-store experiences while collaborating with the team to uphold store standards. This is a full-time temporary role with retail hours, including weekends.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers while achieving sales and customer service objectives.
- Create a unique and inspiring in-store experience that introduces customers to products and services suited to their interests.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the store team.
- Help ensure the store meets the company's high standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in point-of-sale retail or customer service is valued, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work as part of a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Experience handling cash registers or point-of-sale software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
