MAC seeks a charismatic Beauty Advisor to deliver authentic, personalized service to customers whilst achieving sales and customer service objectives. The successful candidate will leverage exceptional interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships with the team and inspire clients through product expertise in cosmetics and fragrances, ensuring the store meets the company's premium service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives
- Build and maintain client relationships through product expertise and consultative selling
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high operational standards and create a positive work environment
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of MAC products and advise clients on cosmetics and fragrance selections
- Support inventory management and store presentation standards
Qualifications
