MAC is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized and authentic customer service at its Turin location. The role encompasses client reception, consultative selling, and the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales targets. The successful candidate will create inspirational purchasing experiences, develop collaborative relationships with team members, and maintain the brand's elevated visual merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with professionalism and warmth, assessing their needs and preferences
- Provide expert product consultation and personalized recommendations across the MAC assortment
- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets through consultative selling techniques
- Create inspirational and educational purchasing experiences that reflect the brand's prestige positioning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and collaborate with team members to uphold store presentation
- Work flexible retail hours including weekends, evenings, and promotional events as scheduled
- Utilize retail management systems to process transactions and maintain inventory information
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays, Sundays, and evening shifts
- Experience with retail point-of-sale systems and management software
- Legal eligibility to work in Italy
