The Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry and customer service to create personalized in-store experiences, support events and maintain visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time regular role with retail hours that may include days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to serve customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
