The Beauty Advisor combines make-up artistry and technical expertise to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and temporary, with shifts that may include days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine make-up artistry and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Sweden if invited to interview.
