MAC Beauty Advisor in Santiago, Chile – Part-time temporary makeup artist role in prestige beauty retail at Estée Lauder Companies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup application and beauty consultations to customers
- Create and execute in-store events and activations as part of a high-performing team
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to compete effectively in the marketplace
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
- Educate customers on product benefits and application techniques
- Demonstrate high standards of product knowledge and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
Qualifications
- Certification or demonstrated expertise in makeup artistry, or previous retail makeup experience (amateur level experience accepted if paired with high creative and technical expertise)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in Chile
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also considered if accompanied by strong creative and technical expertise and demonstrated customer service excellence.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is preferred but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
