The Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry with personalized customer service, supports in-store events, and helps maintain visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time, temporary role in Sandvika, with an anticipated hourly range of NOK 195.04–271.64 depending on factors including experience, skills, education, budget, and location; an annual discretionary bonus may also be available.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Norway is required if invited to interview.

Compensation
