The Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry and technical expertise to deliver personalized customer experiences, contribute to in-store events, and maintain visual merchandising standards. This part-time role welcomes applicants with amateur-level makeup experience and offers training and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in Norway if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from NOK 9,500 to NOK 13,250 per month.
