Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and artistry services that educate and inspire customers
- Deliver welcoming and authentic in-store customer experiences aligned with MAC brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure competitive presentation
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Build customer relationships and contribute to store sales targets and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Legal right to live and work in Mexico

Experience
Amateur-level makeup experience or higher is welcome; professional retail makeup experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Makeup artistry certification is desirable but not mandatory.
