MAC seeks a dynamic Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, high-quality customer consultations and in-store experiences at its retail location. The successful candidate will execute visual merchandising displays, support promotional events and product demonstrations, and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to educate and delight customers in a fast-paced retail environment. This freelance position offers the opportunity to work within the prestigious Estée Lauder Companies portfolio whilst building expertise in prestige beauty.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized and high-quality beauty consultations and customer service to in-store clientele
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays and presentation standards across the retail floor
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
• Maintain active product knowledge of brand offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers effectively
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and deliver an optimal customer experience during assigned shifts

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Preferred: Previous retail or beauty industry experience
• Preferred: Familiarity with retail sales environments and customer-facing service execution

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 36 per hour.
