MAC seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor at Northstar Mall in San Antonio to deliver personalized makeup experiences, support in-store events, and uphold visual merchandising standards. Makeup artistry credentials or retail makeup experience are preferred, while applicants with amateur experience and strong creative and technical skills are also welcome. The anticipated pay is $15–$21 per hour, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program and benefits for eligible employees.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers through creative and technical makeup expertise.
• Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
• Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.

Qualifications

• Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
• Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Provide proof of the right to live and work in the United States if invited to interview.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21 per hour.
