The Beauty Advisor welcomes customers, delivers personalized service and shopping experiences, and collaborates with the team to meet sales, customer service and visual merchandising standards. This part-time, temporary role is 29 hours per week at MAC Porta di Roma in Rome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide authentic, personalized service to meet assigned customer service and sales objectives.
- Create an inspirational, informative and unique shopping experience for every customer through a passion for customer engagement, the company, its products and services.
- Build collaborative relationships with the team and work together to achieve the company’s required high visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or services, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work in line with store opening hours, including Saturdays and Sundays, possible evening shifts and promotional events.
- Previous experience using retail management systems is preferred.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.
