Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with authentic, personalized service tailored to their needs
- Meet assigned customer service and sales performance objectives
- Build and maintain customer relationships that inspire repeat visits and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high visual merchandising standards
- Support promotional events and in-store activities as required
- Assist with point-of-sale transactions and customer inquiries
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in cosmetics or beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized client service
- Proficiency with retail management systems
- Right to work authorization in Italy

Experience
Previous experience in retail or service sectors, with preference for cosmetics or beauty industry background.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent.
